Our Story

The Long Point Property Owners Association was incorporated on October 23, 1973. Membership in our organization is voluntary and has an annual dues assessment.

 

Yearly we hold an annual meeting which is open to all residents of Longpoint Dr and Hiawatha Beach Dr.  These meeting were held at the Mullett Township Hall until 2017 when they were moved to the Leh Pole Barn where they are currently held. Here you have the opportunity to meet and talk with your Longpoint neighbors.

 

With your paid membership you will have access to the “Members Only” section of the website where you will find the Member Directories and the Annual Meeting minutes. Also, with your membership, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you fellow members will be able to contact you if the is an issue with your property or the area in general when you are not there (i.e. winter).
