Proposed Bylaws Changes

 

At our 2026 Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors are proposing some changes to our association’s bylaws.

 

First, add the following language to document the purpose of the annual dues.:

The dues are for normal operation expenses and contributions. Capital projects are funded separately through donations and/or assessments.

 

Second, add the following language to clarify how many directors may serve from any one address/property:

Only one member of the board will be allowed from each address / lot [if no address].

 

Any remaining modifications pertain solely to grammatical or consistency adjustments.
